Founded in 2024 by JD Stewart certified fitness trainer, nutrition advocate, and medicinal cook. While cooking for family and friends he discovered using herbs as a cooking spice as an alternative to using table salt. He found that using Sea Moss as a salt alternative  added many extra health benefits as well as adding flavor to his dishes.
